Personality:
Benjy is a special boy with special talents. He believes that if he can utter a phrase from a book he bought over the summer entitled "101 Ways to pick-up birds," that he can have any girl he wants. The boy is cocky, outlandishly so, and has the mouth to match it. He lost count as to how many times his mother and his teachers have washed his mouth out with soap. However, despite these two rather embarrassing things (embarrassing for those who calls him a friend or who hangs around him long enough), Benjy is fiercely loyal. It's almost his Achilles heel.

Sorted into Gryffindor the same year as the Marauders, Benjy showcases many of the houses traits. He's brave to the point of being stupidly so, loyal, and determined when he sets his mind to something. He generally has a lot of friends who are girls, Emmeline Vance being one of them, and he's extremely protective over them. Despite his cockiness and the apparently need to swear at least once in a sentence, when he talks to those he knows and trusts, it's obvious he's very caring, and his heart is almost always in the right place.

Benjy does have some quirks. When biting his nails, it means he's nervous and when he's tapping his foot, he is quickly losing his patience. He doesn't care about how he looks and often dresses casually, often forgoing robes for trousers and a t-shirt.

Strengths: His loyalty, his ability to think of quick solutions in tricky situations, Transfigurations, Quidditch.
Weaknesses: Women, Potions, knowing when to be quiet and when the appropriate time to talk is.

Biography:
Benjy was born in the early hours of morning on the 15th of April in 1960. His parents had already had one child whom they lost several years before, but welcomed Benjy into the world with welcoming arms. From the beginning, his parents knew that Benjy would follow his father and be a Wizard and would one day attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But his life at home before he turned eleven was ordinary. His mum doted on him, spoiling him nearly senseless, and his dad was his idol. He looked up to the old man and the two would go fishing, build tree houses in the backyard, and played Quidditch together.

His parents thought it best to send Benjy to a muggle Primary school, believing it best that he receive a well-rounded education, coupled with the experience of making friends and learning about the muggle world. Benjy had quite a few friends at school and like most boys his age, he at first thought girls had cooties and could often be seen running the opposite way whenever one came around. But as he matured and grew in age, he soon started pulling their pigtails or sneaking kisses under the slide during recess.

When Benjy turned eleven, he received his Hogwarts letter, telling him that he had been accepted to Hogwarts. His parents were proud and they went out to dinner that night to properly celebrate. While he was sad to leave his friends and all his girlfriends at school, he was excited to get the chance to learn how to use magic. When he boarded the Hogwarts express that September, he was a bag of nerves and wondered what house the sorting had would choose for him. Anything but Slytherin or Ravenclaw, he remembered thinking as those two were the houses he didn't think he'd like much. The Slytherin lot were supposedly the ones who would one day be bad and the Ravenclaws would likely make fun of him for not being the brightest colour in the box of crayons.

Benjy got his wish. That night at the Sorting Ceremony, he was promptly sorted into Gryffindor amongst the cheers from the table and took his seat with those he would be with for the next seven years. Others were sorted, and he remembered thinking that Lily Evans had the weirdest eyes he had ever seen, but that thought was quickly pushed out when the food magically appeared and he dug in ravenously.

The years passed in a blur. He tried taking quite a few classes at first, but soon found out there were some he just wasn't good at. His favourite was Transfigurations and he did relatively well in the subject. The same could be said of Care of Magical Creatures. Being outside and messing around with different kind of beasts was fun in his opinion. In fourth year, he made the Gryffindor Quidditch team and has been playing as a Beater ever since. The position allows him to take out some of his aggression, something he needs on a regular basis apparently, and it's a fun past-time that he wouldn't trade in for anything.

At the end of his fifth year, he had the pleasure of meeting Emmeline Vance. He snogged her properly a few times, but the two eventually realised that they would be better off as friends and nothing more. There wasn't any awkwardness after this agreement and the two have been friends ever since. He's exceedingly protective over her, to the point he threatens blokes who want to ask her to Hogsmeade. Of course, she often gets annoyed when he does this, but he doesn't care; he doesn't want to see her get hurt by boys like him.

Benjy's final year went off without a hitch. He still played Quidditch and did his best with the whole revising and studying for N.E.W.Ts thing. He enjoyed the year because he knew it was his last and that he wouldn't have the chance to be back at Hogwarts again. When spring rolled around, he buried his head in a book like most everyone else and sat the N.E.W.Ts shortly before school ended. He managed to pass all the ones required for the Auror program, but just barely in a few. After leaving school, he went home to his parent's house, took a few weeks off, and then started the Auror program. Shortly after, he was approached by Professor Dumbledore and asked to join the Order of the Phoenix. He did so without any hesitation.

Currently, he is still training to be an auror (a dream he has had since he was young) and is working for the Order to end this ridiculous war.
